Crime Trends over the Past Few Years

     Welcome back! Today I will be talking about the recent crime data over the past few years. The website I am using for reference is the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) Uniformed Crime Report (UCR), which is all the statistics involving crime in the United States. The UCR is very helpful when wanting to use data, due to the FBI collecting data from every law enforcement agency in the United States.      Without using the website and viewing the official statistics, the mainstream media likes to make claims that crimes are on the increase, or they may just completely avoid talking about this because it is not exciting to talk about. They do this in order to get shock value out of their articles. Jack Wieser and his Abnormal Interests

Hello to all! My name is Jack Wieser. I was born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and attended Aquinas High School there. My family lives in a small town across the border from La Crosse, La Crescent, Minnesota. I am currently in my third year of college, where I study criminal justice and psychology at North Dakota State University.  My love for all things law-related stems from watching crime shows with my mom at home.
